On completion of each building, including the roof trusses, and engineer’s certificates in respect of the design and construction of the building, we can supply you with an electrical certificate of compliance, on request. Copies of all test results can be made available on request. All material is subject to stringent quality control and we are happy to provide you with the latest test results with regard to inter alia the strength of our panels (done by the University of the Witwatersrand School of Engineering), fire tests (Done by Firelab), and engineering reports (Roman Rock). All our work is done to the highest industry standards using only the best material, most of which we manufacture in-house. Our highly experienced team has over 90 years experience in the industry and can manufacture or refurbish any mobile or modular office, village, clinic, site laboratory, site ablution, accommodation unit, classroom or school either in our high-tech factory in Brakpan or directly on site. We have manufactured and supplied units and materials for a large number of leading companies in South and Southern Africa (including Botswana, Goldfields and a number of Government institutions, WBHO, Kgaligadi Manganese, Kumba Iron Ore, Tenke Fungurume, Alstom, Assmang, Fraser Alexander, DHL, DRC etc) such as Europcar, Angola, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Namibia, and shall gladly provide a detailed list of all projects on request.

We have various units available for both short and long-term rentals at highly competitive rates. These units can be fitted to suit your requirements with a variety of items including air conditioners, stoves, fridges, tables, chairs, beds, mattresses, etc. Buildings manufactured at our factory will be delivered to the site ready for use. We will place these buildings and level them on-site as per your requirements. Where required, we can assist in connecting the external electrical, water and sewerage connections to the buildings once they are on-site. Additionally we can supply and install a range of fittings including air conditioners, extractor fans, Whirlybirds, lockers, benches, cupboards and carpentry, appliances, cold storage, etc. Please do mention any special requirement that you have so that we can assist you therewith. Mobile units can be moved from any site to any site reachable by road where our trucks can have access. Additionally, we can disassemble any mobile or modular unit, and REASSEMBLE it at its new location. Our skilled designers can assist with the INTERNAL DESIGN and LAYOUT of any building, as well as with the design and layout of any site. Nyumba specializes in providing tailor-made superior quality modular and prefabricated building solutions. All buildings are custom designed and constructed either on a precast concrete slab or on a steel chassis for future mobility. Buildings are guaranteed to last at least 30 years and comes standard with internal electrical and plumbing fittings, floor cover (ceramic or vinyl tiles), ceilings, aluminium windows (with burglar bars and blinds/curtains) and doors (whether wooden or panel, with or without security options). You are free to choose your own wall and roof colours, and can further select from a wide range of internal fittings to suit both your taste and budget. Additionally, we also offer prefabricated building Rental, Transportation and various on-site services.
