Do you require the training to take place at your premises? Our Super Sucker also consists of an on-board High Pressure washing system that is used to clean on site systems during our industrial cleaning operations. All industries generate waste during their manufacturing processes. Waste disposal methods for these processes are always a waste management headache for our clients. This will speed up the waste disposal quoting process paperwork that is required by the OHSA. We ensure that the waste is separated (disposal, recycling and other) and provide our clients with comprehensive reporting afterwards. Rapid Spill Response is a professional in specialised cleaning & waste management and has a large contamination cleanup fleet. All our QMS is managed in accordance with ISO 9001 and we pride ourselves in our ability to manage our resources internally to ensure quality service delivery. EQUIPMENT Equipment use, maintenance and general management is controlled and structured to avoid unnecessary downtime. Confined space cleaning is preceded by a Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and a clear method statement. All confined space entry works have a Safety Officer assigned as well as a confined space supervisor that determines compliance during the work. Tank and silo cleaning work could include the following: Above ground horizontal and vertical tanks containing HFO, Acid, Diesel, LRP etc. Tanks are cleaned to allow for maintenance as well as removal and replacement. Product transfers are also required by transporters with bulk liquid tankers that are overloaded at weighbridges. Water Jetting is a rapidly growing technology used in the industrial cleaning and surface preparation industry. We have a wide range of water jetting pumps (from 250-2800bar) and accessories to maximise any water jetting application. At Rapid, we understand the needs and requirements of various industries (mining, process plants, manufacturing plants etc.) with relation to pipe cleaning and draining services.
